Role Overview: Sales Executive – Real Estate (Bangalore Division)

We are looking for highly driven and target-focused Sales Executives to drive premium residential sales in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, building trust, and closing high-ticket deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with qualified leads and conduct high-impact sales presentations
  • Conduct physical and virtual site visits with potential buyers
  • Nurture client relationships with a consultative and solution-oriented approach
  • Stay updated with current inventory, pricing, offers, and market trends
  • Maintain accurate data and follow-ups through CRM tools
  • Collaborate with senior advisors and developers to close deals efficiently
  • Be proactive in expanding your client base through referrals and outreach

Key Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory)
  • Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle—from lead to closure
  • Strong understanding of Mumbai’s real estate landscape and project inventory
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
  • Proficient in CRM and follow-up management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields preferred
