Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on leads via cold calling, networking, online portals, and referrals
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable commercial properties
  • Schedule and accompany clients for property site visits
  • Negotiate terms and close deals between buyers and sellers
  • Coordinate with owners, developers, and legal teams for seamless transactions
  • Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales reports
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Desired profile of the candidate : -

  • Proven experience in property sales
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-driven and result-oriented
  • Must be able to work independently and in a team
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and local property documentation
  • Preferably with own two-wheeler and valid driving license

Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred)- not mandatory
