Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive (Male/Female) with prior experience in the travel and holiday industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling holiday packages, travel services, and customizing itineraries for clients. Strong communication skills and knowledge of the travel sector are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell domestic and international holiday packages
• Handle inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, and online leads
• Customize tour packages based on client needs and preferences
• Follow up with clients and close sales effectively
• Maintain client relationships and provide post-sales support
• Keep up-to-date with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings
• Prepare quotations and itineraries as required
• Travel locally to meet clients when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a holiday/travel company/sales
• Excellent communication in English and Malayalam
• Ability to speak Tamil is an added advantage
• Must have a two-wheeler and valid license
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel packages
• Customer service oriented with good negotiation skills
• Ready to join immediately
• Report on daily sales activities and client feedback
• Willing to join immediately
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
