We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an ability to handle customer inquiries, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, resolving queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Outbound Calls 2. Customer Engagement 3. Data Entry & Reporting 4. Achieve Target 5. Product knowledge Skills: Good Communication in Hindi, English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak clearly, persuasively, and with confidence. Good listening skills and the ability to respond to customer queries effectively. Personality: Friendly, approachable, and a problem solver. Target-driven with the ability to handle rejection. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working Conditions: Working Days - Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 9 Am To 6 PM. Location: WTC, Kharadi
