Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our hotel sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing key accounts, building strong client relationships, and maximizing revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients (corporates, travel agents, event planners, etc.)
• Promote the hotel’s rooms, F&B, banquets, and other services to achieve sales targets
• Coordinate and conduct site visits, client meetings, and sales presentations
• Prepare and send proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Maintain an updated database of clients, leads, and bookings
• Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions
• Work closely with the operations and reservations team to ensure seamless guest experience
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide market insights to the management
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new market trends

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role in the hospitality industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel property management systems (PMS/CRM)
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally as required

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of the local market and corporate clientele
• Experience in MICE or group sales will be an added advantage
• Ability to handle pressure and meet tight deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
