We are actively looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the Cosmetic Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading sales initiatives, managing client accounts, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies for cosmetic products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
• Coordinate with marketing and product development teams for sales alignment
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in cosmetic product sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead a team and handle client relationships effectively
Target-driven, with a strategic and growth-oriented mindset
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,250.83 - ₹30,629.55 per month
