Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage sales activities to achieve targets and grow business.
Develop new clients through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products/services to existing customers.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to develop strategies for customer acquisition.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-5 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales.
Strong understanding of direct selling principles and practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in using technology tools for lead management, CRM tracking, etc.
