Job Title: Sales Staff – Wholesale Vegetable Business - G8 Group

Location: All Kerala

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Staff member to join our wholesale vegetable business at G8 Group. The role involves managing sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, restaurants, and other bulk buyers.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and promptly.
• Promote daily and seasonal vegetable stock to maximize sales.
• Ensure timely delivery coordination with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare daily reports.
• Monitor customer feedback and address queries or complaints professionally.
• Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and support business growth strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG or fresh produce.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.
• Knowledge of local market and customer base in the vegetable wholesale sector.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of billing or stock software is a plus.
• Willingness to work early morning shifts if required.
• Male candidates preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kollam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
