Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role is open to both freshers eager to start their sales career and experienced professionals looking to further their growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media).
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Present and promote products/services to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies.
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
For experienced candidates: Proven track record in sales or a related role.
