Sales Engineer

Our Firm is expanding, and we need a Fresher/Experienced candidate to join us! As a Sales Engineer, youll need a Two Wheeler to move daily in Industrial Area for promoting our products, self-starter who loves working on field, we need you!

JD: Key Responsibilities:Technical Sales Support:Act as the technical expert in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.Understand and articulate the technical aspects of products or services to potential clients.Provide detailed product information, technical specifications, and solutions tailored to client needs.Customer Needs Analysis:Work with customers to identify their technical requirements and business needs.Conduct site visits and technical assessments to gather information and provide customized solutions.Proposal and Solution Development:Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including detailed specifications, technical documentation, and cost estimates.Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to develop and refine solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.Sales Process Management:Support the sales team in the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.Product Knowledge and Training:Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams on product features and benefits.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Follow up with clients after sales to ensure successful implementation and address any ongoing needs.Collaboration and Reporting:Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product management teams to align strategies and solutions.Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
