We are seeking a Sales Customer Support Intern to assist with post-sales communication and COD order verification. The role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and improving the customer experience. Responsibilities: Call and verify Cash on Delivery (COD) orders to confirm authenticity. Follow up with customers who have abandoned carts and understand their concerns. Assist customers via phone, WhatsApp, or email for order-related queries. Provide feedback from customers to improve overall user experience. Skills Required: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of any other regional language (Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, etc.) is a plus. Prior experience in customer support or sales calling is preferred but not mandatory. Should have a laptop, good internet connection, and quiet environment for calls. Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools will be an advantage. Eligibility: Graduate (Bachelor s degree completed in any discipline is mandatory).
