Job Description

You will be responsible for efficiently handling all telephonic and email inquiries from customers in a friendly manner. This includes taking pricing from vendors, following up on delays, and negotiating terms. You will also be required to prepare quotations, follow up on them, and negotiate terms with clients to provide the best cost-effective solutions. In this role, you will respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed. You will also be responsible for informing clients of any unforeseen delays or issues that may arise. Additionally, you will need to maintain accurate records of all inquiries, translating them into monthly reports that include business trends, conversion rates, predicted sales, and other reports as instructed by the sales manager. Efficient paperwork for tracking client orders will be a crucial part of your responsibilities. You will also be managing the HP/Dell Portal for order executions and assigning IT calls to engineers, as well as coordinating site technicians for PAN India sites.,
