Job Description

  • Coordinate with sales team and support daily sales operations.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely assistance.
  • Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer details, and order information.
  • Follow up with internal teams (logistics, accounts, production) for timely delivery and payments.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly sales reports and dashboards.
  • Handle after-sales support issues and coordinate resolutions.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate reorders when necessary.
  • Maintain CRM of all relevant data and maintain sheets.
  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
