Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and support the sales team with administrative duties, including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information regarding products, pricing, and order status.
Assist with the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Collaborate with Sales departments such as marketing to ensure smooth sales operations.
Support onboarding and training of new sales staff.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years in a sales support or administrative role; industry-specific experience is a plus.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM software and sales performance metrics.
Ability to work independently and Self Motivated as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
