Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to bridge the gap between sales and operations teams. The role will involve processing orders, coordinating transportation, providing customer updates, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders, verifying details, checking inventory availability, and generating necessary documentation. Handle order-related coordination, ensuring all necessary steps are taken for efficient fulfillment.
• Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely updates on order status, addressing delivery inquiries, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Transportation Coordination: Organize shipping methods, select carriers, and manage pick-up and delivery schedules, ensuring customer requirements and logistical constraints.

Requirements:

• Experience in sales coordination, operations, or order processing is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Park Street, Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
