Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive sales through proactive outreach and effective client relationship management. This role demands strong communication skills, persistence, and a solid grasp of the full sales cyclefrom prospecting to closing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients via cold calls, emails, and messaging
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline with strategic outreach and follow-ups
  • Deliver customized and compelling sales pitches to potential customers
  • Consistently follow up with leads to boost engagement and conversion
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively
  • Ensure smooth post-sale customer support and satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, conversations, and deals
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare daily reports on sales activity, client feedback, and status updates

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, B.tech/Diploma or a related field (preferred).

1-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in tech or services.Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet goals.Strong customer orientation and follow-through mindset
