Sales Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Sales Business Development Executive, your primary responsibilities will include driving sales, establishing strong client relationships, and promoting our travel services and packages to both individual and corporate clients. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about travel, possess exceptional communication skills, and are committed to surpassing sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calls, leads, networking, and referrals. - Promote and sell a wide range of travel packages, including tours, holidays, flights, hotels, visa services, and tailored itineraries. - Cultivate and nurture relationships with individual and corporate clients to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. - Address customer inquiries promptly and offer detailed travel advice, quotations, and itineraries. - Meet monthly sales targets and actively contribute to the overall growth of the business. - Maintain accurate client records, follow up on leads, and consistently update CRM systems. - Participate in travel expos, client meetings, and networking events to showcase our services and expand our client base. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the travel & tourism industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proficiency in domestic and international travel destinations. - Customer-centric approach with strong negotiation abilities. - Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement.
