Sales Associate

Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our high-performing team. You will work closely with the Lost Leads, Product, and Marketing teams to revive inactive prospects, drive conversions, and generate revenue. You will report directly to the CEO, giving you exposure to strategic decision-making and fast-track career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and revive lost leads from the sales pipeline using a consultative and value-driven approach.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Team to align messaging and follow-up strategies.
• Collaborate with the Product Team to stay updated on services, changes, and client success stories.
• Track, follow up, and close sales leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide regular performance reports and strategic insights to the CEO.
• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
