Job Description Job Description for a Samsung Sales Process (Voice/Video) Process Name – Samsung Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote Samsung products and services. Answer incoming calls to assist customers with their inquiries and provide product information. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate Samsung products or services. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent service. Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities. Requirements: ● Graduation ● Excellent communication skills. ● Experienced and Fresher’s both are welcome.
