Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Assistant located in Kolhapur. The Sales Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting in sales transactions, maintaining organized records of sales activities, and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and assisting customers, answering queries, processing sales, ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized, and updating sales reports regularly.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective Sales skills and ability to meet targets
  • Good Organization Skills and attention to detail
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with sales software
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus
