Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Service Engineer based in Vishakhapatnam (Vizag), with some work from home possible. The Sales and Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing field service, offering technical support, and performing maintenance and repair tasks. Key daily tasks include addressing client issues, ensuring system functionality, and maintaining high service standards to meet client needs.

• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Experience in process equipment or related industries is a plus
