Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks including customer service, sales, sales management, and training. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs, conducting market analysis, and implementing strategic pricing. Additional responsibilities include managing end-to-end transaction support and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven Sales experience and expertise in Sales Management
• Experience in Training and developing sales teams
• Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
