To excel in this role, you should have at least 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, real estate, or premium lifestyle sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and digital tools. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
