Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities, independence in task execution to achieve targets, understanding of B2B service marketing, proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, with proficiency in a regional language being an added advantage.
