Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and versatile Sales and Marketing Executive to drive business growth by developing and implementing sales strategies and marketing campaigns. The role requires someone who can generate leads, convert prospects, and enhance brand visibility in the market. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets. Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and social media. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Plan and oversee marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote products/services. Coordinate with design and content teams to create marketing materials. Track campaign performance and prepare analytical reports. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events for brand promotion. Maintain CRM and provide regular updates on leads and opportunities.
