Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Marketing and Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our courses, increasing student enrollments, and building strong relationships with colleges and institutions. A significant part of the role will involve organizing seminars and workshops to raise awareness about our programs. Role Description • Visit colleges, schools, and educational institutions to promote Craft Empowering Careers’ courses. • Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and career counseling sessions in coordination with academic institutions. • Develop and maintain relationships with college authorities and student communities. • Generate leads and convert them into admissions through effective follow-ups and counselling. • Distribute promotional materials and ensure brand visibility at partner institutions. • Collaborate with the marketing team for local campaigns, social media promotions, and outreach activities. • Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversion metrics. • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in educational sales, marketing, or a similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. • Strong presentation and public speaking skills. • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
