Hi, We are hiring for the position of RSM-MSME loans for the Leading Small Finance Bank. . Experience: Minimum 6+yrs in MSME loan sales CTC: Negotiable Location: HYDERABAD Roles and Responsibilities Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets in the assigned region. Develop and execute strategies for territory expansion, product penetration, and customer acquisition. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and internal teams. Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis. Ensure timely completion of tasks and projects while maintaining high levels of quality. Desired Candidate Profile 8-13 years of experience in regional sales management or similar role in the financial services industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams effectively. Strong understanding of MSME lending products such as LAP (Loan Against Property), Home Loans, Mortgage loans etc. .
