We are seeking an experienced OT engineer with Rockwell RS Logix 5000 or any PLC and Ignition skills to develop Manufacturing execution systems (MES) and OT solutions. The role involves Development, integration, managing, troubleshooting, and optimizing MES and Ignition systems to ensure seamless production operations and alignment with business objectives Role & responsibilities: Deployment and Integration Assist in deploying new features, configurations, and integrations for FactoryTalk and Ignition systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication between Ignition, PLCs, MES and ERP systems. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution Analyze system logs and conduct root cause analysis for system issues and malfunctions. Resolve hardware and software issues related to MES and OT systems. Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA, and MES systems integration. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols such as OPC, MQTT, and Modbus Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Ignition & MES Experience with SQL databases and scripting for Ignition. Understanding of ISA-95 architecture and MES/OT integration layers. Familiarity with IT/OT convergence, network architecture, and cybersecurity standards. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
