Demonstrated record of taking hardware from prototype to flight-ready production, including rigorous test planning and risk mitigation. Preferred Experience with avionics standards (DO-254/DO-160) or UAV flight-control architectures. Familiarity with robotics kinematics, control-systems tuning, and MIL-STD environmental testing.
