As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to take on the following responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management - Lead, mentor, and scale a team of software engineers to successfully deliver high-quality and timely projects. - Cultivate a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence within the team. - Offer technical guidance and career development support to team members, fostering their growth and success. Technology & Development - Architect, design, and develop robust web applications utilizing Python (Django/Flask) for backend development and Angular for frontend implementation. - Ensure the creation of high-performance, modular, and scalable code by adhering to industry best practices. - Keep abreast of emerging technologies and drive their integration where beneficial for project success. Project & Process Management - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and technical requirements. - Manage sprint planning, task prioritization, and resource allocation to guarantee project success. - Enhance development workflows to ensure the efficient execution of projects. Code Quality & System Reliability - Implement and uphold coding standards, testing protocols, and CI/CD pipelines to maintain code quality. - Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to best practices. - Resolve technical challenges effectively, optimizing system performance and reliability. Innovation & Scalability - Evaluate and incorporate new tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance development efficiency and product quality. - Drive architectural enhancements to support business scalability and future growth. Qualifications Experience & Expertise: - Possess a minimum of 10 years of software development experience, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects. - Demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role, managing and mentoring engineering teams. - Proficiency in Python (Django/Flask) for backend development and Angular for frontend implementation. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL). - Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems such as Git. - Experience in scaling technology teams and optimizing development processes. Education & Soft Skills - Hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. - Possess excellent communication, decision-making, and team management abilities.
