RMO (Critical Care)

1. Emphasis on gaining experience with full spectrum of procedures, honing proficiency, and balancing quality of patient evaluation and care with improved overall efficiency. 2. Decisions regarding invasive procedures, change in plans, discharge or problems are discussed in-depth with the attending. Specialized diagnostic studies and uncommon therapeutic interventions, must be discussed with the attending prior to initiation. 3. Responsible for maintaining medical records. 4. To act under the supervision of the Consultant and to support the Consultant in their duties. 5. Rounds to Critical Care Unit and liaise with the Nurse Manager or Nurse– in Charge. 6. Take handover of patients from previous shift Registrar, so that continuity of care is ensured and immediate decisions are made and orders written. 7. To review patients in the Critical Care Unit on a regular basis in accordance with the plan of care made at the beginning of the shift and inform the consultant of any issues or problems Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Rotational shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 22/05/2025 Expected Start Date: 22/05/2025
