RM - Primary - HF - HOUSING FINANCE - Sales

As a RM - Primary Market for HF-HOUSING FINANCE-Sales, your primary responsibility will be to manage the sales and distribution of Home loans from Primary Market/Top Developers within the defined region. You will be tasked with overseeing and enhancing the performance of the Direct Sales team to drive increased productivity. It will be crucial for you to ensure timely updating of lead status in accordance with the bank's policies to maintain efficiency in operations. Delivering top-class service to customers to enhance the Net Promoter Score (NPS) will be a key aspect of your role. Engaging with High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) to introduce and explain various home loan products will also be part of your responsibilities. Meeting the defined login and disbursal threshold targets will be essential, along with achieving disbursal goals through Direct Sales Teams (DSTs) and improving their efficiency. You will need to focus on the training and development of the DST Team to enhance their performance. Another critical aspect of your role will involve generating additional revenue through cross-selling products such as Insurance, CASA, and Credit Cards. Collaboration with internal teams including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations will be necessary to ensure a seamless flow of business operations. Your accountability will extend to managing the end-to-end processing of cases, providing regular updates on case statuses to both customers and internal stakeholders. It is essential to have prior experience in Home Loan Sales, specifically in the Developer channel, to excel in this role.,
