The ideal candidate should have strong technical development experience with RICEW components and a solid understanding of financial modules such as AP, AR, GL, FA, and CM. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop custom solutions, reports, and interfaces in Oracle EBS or Fusion Cloud for financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Build and support RICEW components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows specific to finance. Develop PL/SQL code, forms, and BI/XML Publisher reports aligned to finance business needs. Collaborate with Finance Functional Consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Perform data migration and reconciliation for financial data during implementation or upgrade projects. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to finance transactions and reports. Support testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and UAT. Ensure compliance with financial audit and security standards in technical development. Technical Skills Required: Solid experience in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM). Proficient in PL/SQL , Oracle Forms/Reports , Oracle Workflow , and BI/XML Publisher . Experience with interface and conversion development using Open Interface Tables and APIs. Familiarity with Oracle Application Object Library (AOL) and personalization techniques. Knowledge of Fusion Financials and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is a plus. Understanding of accounting principles, finance process flows, and period-end processing. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. Oracle certification in EBS/Fusion Financials (desirable). Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with finance teams. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines. Comfortable working in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Nice to Have: Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials technical development . Exposure to SOA Suite, ADF, or Oracle APEX. Basic understanding of IFRS or GAAP accounting standards.
