Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Pune. The Retail Store Manager will oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective customer service. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing store layout for better sales, handling retail loss prevention, and maintaining store inventory. The manager will also be responsible for meeting sales targets and providing leadership to the store team.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Good problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in retail or a similar role is beneficial
