Job Description

📢 We're Hiring: Store Manager / Store Representative at Saavi

Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan

Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1–3 years in retail (Fashion, or lifestyle preferred)

Salary: As per industry standards + performance bonus

🔹 Role Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with product queries and purchases
Manage daily store operations – inventory, billing, and cleanliness
Visual merchandising – maintain appealing and organized displays
Meet monthly sales targets and ensure high customer satisfaction
Maintain stock levels and assist in ordering/restocking
Report daily sales and updates to store owner/area manager

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

Good communication & people skills (Hindi is a must, English is a plus)
Basic computer or billing software knowledge
Honest, reliable, and self-motivated
Prior retail/store experience preferred
Comfortable working weekends and festive seasons
