Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily retail operations including sales, billing, and store hygiene
2. Supervise junior staff, assign tasks, and ensure team accountability
3. Maintain accurate inventory using our ERP system
4. Ensure excellent customer service, especially with pet parents
5. Handle cash management and coordinate with head office on stock and reports
6. Resolve customer queries, process returns/exchanges, and maintain store discipline
7. Coordinate with marketing for in-store promotions and offers
