Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Development

Inspire, lead, and manage a team of stylists, colorists, and front desk professionals.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings.

Client Experience & Operations

Ensure an exceptional, seamless client experience from check-in to check-out.

Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling salon environment.

Sales & Business Performance

Drive retail and service sales through goal setting, promotions, and staff motivation.

Monitor KPIs, scheduling, and productivity to maximize profitability.

Maintain inventory, track product usage, and order supplies as needed.

Brand Standards & Compliance

Ensure compliance with state board regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Qualifications:
