Designation - Retail CRM Manager

Location - Bangalore

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Strategy & Execution:
Design, implement, and manage CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention at the Industry.
Customer Loyalty Programs:
Develop and manage mall loyalty programs to drive footfall, repeat visits, and higher spending.
Data Management & Analytics:
Gather, analyze, and report customer data and behavioral trends to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
Customer Insights:
Conduct surveys, feedback loops, and market research to gain insights into shopper needs and satisfaction.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute targeted CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications) to segmented customer groups.
Retailer Collaboration:
Work closely with mall retailers to promote offers and events through CRM channels and drive foot traffic to stores.
Customer Service Coordination:
Oversee and support the malls front-line customer service efforts, ensuring high satisfaction and responsiveness.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
6+ years of experience in CRM, retail marketing, or customer engagement roles
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
