What You will Do:

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing top talent to making successful hires.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create strategic hiring plans.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
Screen and evaluate candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the hiring process with teams.
Maintain and optimize our ATS, ensuring an organized and efficient hiring pipeline.
Enhance the candidate experience, creating a seamless and engaging recruitment journey.
Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.

What We are Looking For:

Experience: 2+ years in recruiting, preferably in IT, staffing, or high-growth industries.
Strong sourcing skills with expertise in Boolean search, social recruiting, and networking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage both candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Passion for talent acquisition and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
