You are looking for a Recruitment Executive to join your team and contribute to hiring and team building efforts. As a Recruitment Executive, your responsibilities will include coordinating with managers to determine staffing needs, establishing selection criteria, sourcing candidates through online channels and professional networks, planning and conducting interviews, assessing candidate information using an Applicant Tracking System, creating job descriptions and interview questions, leading employer branding activities, and forecasting hiring needs by department. Additionally, you will be expected to build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. To be successful in this role, you must have experience in non-IT and leadership roles hiring, particularly within startup environments. You should have at least 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or in a similar role, with a focus on volume/bulk hiring for sales positions. Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks is essential, as well as hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Strong verbal and written communication skills, a deep understanding of organizational roles, and a degree in B-Tech or MBA in Human Resources Management are also required.
