Job Description

You will be working as a Resolution Specialist in the International Voice Process, where your primary responsibility will be handling a large volume of incoming calls and chats from associates and candidates. You will need to navigate through multiple systems to provide accurate information, answer questions, and resolve issues effectively. It is essential to have 10 months to 4 years of relevant customer service experience specifically in International Voice. Your role will require excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with customers. You should be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a customer-focused mindset with a high sense of urgency to deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Additionally, you must have the ability to switch between various support channels like phone and chat based on business requirements.
