Job Description

Position: Residential Sales Executive – Solar

Location: Uttar Pradesh & Uttarakhand

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in residential solar sales preferred

Type: Full-time | Field Sales Role


Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads for residential rooftop solar projects.

  • Conduct site visits and educate homeowners on solar solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and work closely with the installation and design teams.

  • Stay informed about solar market trends, subsidies, and competitor activity.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any stream; technical background is a plus.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Willingness to travel across designated territory (UP & Uttarakhand).

  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainable solutions.
