The ideal candidate should hold an MBA in Finance or equivalent qualifications, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, provide efficient and courteous service to customers, and effectively present information. Advanced knowledge of financial terms and principles, as well as a basic understanding of real estate asset valuation approaches, is required.
