Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Assistant located in Agra. The Reservations Assistant will be responsible for managing reservations, handling booking inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities. Daily tasks will include answering guest queries, processing booking requests, maintaining reservation systems, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
