Key Qualifications:

• M.Sc./M.Tech. in Organic or Polymer Chemistry with 2-3 years of work experience in polymer synthesis.
• Hands-on experience with inert reactions using “Schlenk line” and glove box techniques.
• Proven expertise in emulsion and dispersion polymerization techniques.
• Familiarity with controlled free radical polymerization, and metal catalysed reactions.
• Strong laboratory skills in conducting lab scale and pilot scale chemical experiments by using double jacketed reactors.
• Demonstrated experience in developing new chemical processes and methodologies.
