We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting telephonic surveys and collecting opinions from US-based respondents as per the assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to collect data/opinions from US-based respondents.
• Ensure data collection is accurate and in line with company policies and project requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to proper telephonic etiquette at all times.
• Prepare and share daily individual performance reports.
• Follow instructions provided by the reporting manager/leader.
• Conduct secondary research and assist with analytical tasks as needed.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong telephonic communication and etiquette.
• Proficiency in

  Microsoft Office

  and basic computer applications.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with internet research and net surfing.

Education Qualification:

• 12th Pass / Undergraduate / Graduate (Non-Technical) / Post Graduate
