Job Title Research Assistant

Number of Positions 2 (Two)

Emoluments INR 37000/- per month

Eligibility and Tenure Qualification –Postgraduate in social science discipline only

(55% minimum) with NET-SET/M.Phil. /PhD

Proficiency in Marathi (Essential)

Job Tenure: 4 Months

Joining: Immediate

Desirable Qualification Experience in coordinating and collecting data (qualitative)

and research processes in Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities Conduct necessary literature reviews.

• Assist in developing qualitative and quantitative data

collection tools.

• Coordinate with the Research Associate to plan and

execute data collection.

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative interviews with

various stakeholders.

• Monitor fieldwork and oversee the data collection

process.

• Manage data, including transcription and translation.

• Assist in data analysis and preparation of preliminary

results.

• Prepare field plans and reports.

• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the

research team.
