Role & responsibilities Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Engage with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and assist in pre-sales activities. Develop proposals, scope-of-work documents, and presentations that effectively communicate our technical solutions to prospective clients. Participate in client meetings and pitches to present solutions and address queries. Project Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, developers, and other technical staff to ensure alignment between client expectations and deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for project related questions and updates. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings. Propose new solutions or services that align with market needs and company objectives. Preferred candidate profile Experience : 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within the IT services or consulting industry. Proven experience in pre-sales, client interaction, and technical documentation. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of software development processes, data analysis, and project management principles. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and CRM platforms. Basic knowledge of programming languages, databases, and IT infrastructure is a plus.
