REQUIRED SALES OFFICER-FMCG

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer with 2 to 4 years of experience in FMCG or related sectors to join our team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for appointing distributors, sales planning, new product launches, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, appoint, and onboard new distributors in the region
• Execute primary and secondary sales plans effectively
• Launch and promote new products in the market
• Build strong retailer/distributor relationships to ensure sales consistency
• Monitor competitor activities and respond with strategic inputs
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Prepare and submit sales reports regularly

Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 2 years of FMCG sales experience, preferably in food products
• Strong experience in channel sales and distributor management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of Gujarat market dynamics
