Reliability Engineer - RD Mine

Job Description:

1. Having 4-8years of technical/planning experience of construction and underground mining equipment.

2. Having good exposure of data analysis

3. Having good knowledge of FMEA

4. Having technical knowledge of engine/hydraulics circuit/Basic electricals.

5. Asset Optimization.

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

1.Ensure Safety standards maintain in machines

2.Need to monitor maintenance activities and ensure quality checks and assurance

3.Lub oil analysis and ensure implementation of corrective actions to improve machine health

4.Breakdowns analysis of respective site, underground conditions, operation practices and develop specific projects to improve machine's reliability.

5.Ensure no go criteria work in healthy manner

6.Monitoring breakdowns, MTBF and MTTR and identify scope of improvement and further recommendations and implementation for improvisation.

7. Having good exposure of machine maintenance

8. Root cause of Failures and corrective action
